Founder Hannah moved to New Zealand almost 13 years ago. Like many of us, she fell in love with the breathtaking landscapes and laid back lifestyle. Fast forward a few years - she now lives in rural New Zealand with her husband, raising their two young daughters.
Remarkable Surprise Box was born out of a yearly hunt to bring the best of New Zealand to overseas whānau. Every time you open a Remarkable Surprise Box we share with you our collective love for New Zealand, its nature, its people and culture.

Remarkable Surprise Box is committed to minimising our impact on the environment. From the moment your box arrives you will see that we use compostable courier bags. These can be reused or popped straight into into your compost. We work closely with all of our suppliers to minimise, wherever possible, the use of plastic.
