What is inside the box?

We love that you are as excited as us about the contents! To make sure you get the fun of a surprise everytime you open our boxes, we will keep the full contents a closely guarded secret. What you do know is that each box contains 5 specially curated gifts from makers all across New Zealand. Each month we also give you sneak peaks of two of the gorgeous gifts you will find in our box. This will give you some idea without giving the game away!

How much are the shipping costs and how long will it take to arrive?

Shipping is included in the price 😃 We send our boxes out on the fourth day of every month with a few exceptions (Christmas, public holidays etc). Our social media pages will keep you posted with up to date postage information. We use New Zealand post who estimate delivery to Australia taking 3-6 days and all other International destinations 6 -13 days.

What's your policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds?

We believe you will love the contents of your box, but if you feel on an occasion we have fallen short, please contact us. We offer the ability to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. As long as changes are made prior to the advertised cut-off dates, no charge will be made, and your subscription will be altered as requested.

Can I order a Remarkable Surprise Box from a month that has already passed?

Do you post to the United States?

We have suspended all deliveries to U.S postage addresses due to noticed shipment delays. We expect the festive season to further impact delays. To avoid Christmas disappointment, we have suspended our U.S service. We are aiming to resume U.S delivery in the New Year. Keep an eye on our social media pages and website for further updates.
